What You Can Report

  • Conduct by a Companion or Client that violated our Terms or policies.
  • Suspected human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
  • Content that violates our Content Policy.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or privacy violations.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive conduct.
  • Booking disputes or service failures.
  • Platform technical issues or accessibility concerns.
  • Any other conduct you believe requires investigation.

Submit a Complaint

False or malicious complaints may result in action being taken against your account. All submissions are treated confidentially. By submitting you agree to our Privacy Policy.

What Happens Next

Once your complaint is submitted, our Trust & Safety team will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours (business days).
  • Conduct a review of the complaint and any relevant account activity.
  • Take appropriate action (which may include content removal, account suspension, or law enforcement reporting).
  • Provide you with an update within 5 business days.

For safety-related emergencies, please contact your local law enforcement immediately rather than waiting for our response.
