What You Can Report
- Conduct by a Companion or Client that violated our Terms or policies.
- Suspected human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
- Content that violates our Content Policy.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or privacy violations.
- Fraudulent or deceptive conduct.
- Booking disputes or service failures.
- Platform technical issues or accessibility concerns.
- Any other conduct you believe requires investigation.

Submit a Complaint
What Happens Next
Once your complaint is submitted, our Trust & Safety team will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours (business days).
- Conduct a review of the complaint and any relevant account activity.
- Take appropriate action (which may include content removal, account suspension, or law enforcement reporting).
- Provide you with an update within 5 business days.
For safety-related emergencies, please contact your local law enforcement immediately rather than waiting for our response.
