Reporting
Users may report content that violates this policy using the in-platform reporting tool or by emailing dmca@noireliteagency.co.uk. Reports are reviewed within 72 hours for standard violations and within 24 hours for urgent violations (involving minors, trafficking indicators, or illegal content).

When a violation is identified, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove the offending content.
- Issue a warning to the account holder.
- Temporarily suspend the account.
- Permanently ban the account.
- Report the content and associated account information to law enforcement.
6. Appeals

7. CSAM Reporting
We are legally and morally obligated to report any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) discovered on the Platform to NCMEC's CyberTipline (cybertipline.org) and to relevant law enforcement. This reporting occurs immediately upon discovery, regardless of the outcome of any internal review.
