Noir operates under the principle that meaningful consent is the cornerstone of all interactions on this Platform. For consent to be valid, it must be:

• Freely given: provided without pressure, coercion, manipulation, or undue influence.
• Informed: based on accurate and complete information about the nature of the engagement.
• Specific: relating to the particular engagement and its agreed scope.
• Revocable: capable of being withdrawn at any time, for any reason, without consequence.
• Ongoing: not assumed to carry over from previous engagements.
• Capacity-based: provided by a person with the legal and mental capacity to consent.

Voluntary Enrollment

All Companions on the Platform participate entirely voluntarily. Registration as a Companion constitutes an affirmative declaration that:

• The individual is at least 18 years of age.
• Participation is entirely voluntary and free from any form of coercion or external pressure.
• No third party (manager, agent, or otherwise) is requiring or profiting from their participation without full knowledge and independent agreement.
• The Companion understands the nature of services offered through this Platform.
• The Companion retains the right to decline any booking request for any reason.
• The Companion retains the right to end any engagement at any time if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

Ongoing Consent Rights

Companions retain full and absolute right to:

• Refuse any booking without providing a reason.
• Cancel a confirmed booking (subject to applicable cancellation terms).
• Terminate an in-progress engagement at any time if they feel unsafe.
• Report any Client who violates agreed terms, engages in prohibited requests, or behaves in a threatening manner.
• Remove their profile from the Platform at any time.

Clients are responsible for respecting the consent boundaries of Companions at all times. By using this Platform, Clients agree to:

• Accept any refusal or cancellation from a Companion without complaint, pressure, or harassment.
• Not attempt to negotiate, pressure, or solicit services beyond what is listed in the Companion's profile and agreed at booking.
• Not request sexual services under any circumstances.
• Respect a Companion's right to end an engagement if they choose.
• Treat all Companions with dignity and respect, regardless of the nature of the booking.

Mandatory Age Verification

All users of this Platform — both Clients and Companions — must be at least 18 years of age. We implement age verification procedures including:

• Age declaration at account creation.
• Identity document verification for Companion accounts.
• Periodic re-verification as required.
• Review of submitted profile content for compliance.

Zero Tolerance for Minors

We have an absolute zero-tolerance policy for the participation of any person under the age of 18 in any capacity on this Platform. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated, and the matter may be reported to law enforcement and child protection authorities.

By creating an account and using the Platform, all users provide informed consent to:

• Our Terms & Conditions.
• Our Privacy Policy and data processing practices.
• Our use of identity verification services.
• Our content moderation and monitoring activities necessary to enforce these policies.
• Our communication of platform-related information via email.

Consent to marketing communications is separate and optional. Users may withdraw marketing consent at any time via account settings or by contacting help@noireliteagency.co.uk.

If you experience or witness any conduct that violates this Consent Policy, including coercion, threats, exploitation, or pressure, please report it immediately via:

This Consent Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
