Prohibited Content & Activities

All engagements on Noir must be entirely voluntary and consensual. The following are strictly prohibited at all times:

• Pressuring, coercing, or threatening a Companion to engage in any activity against their will.
• Ignoring or disregarding a Companion's stated limits, boundaries, or refusals.
• Attempting to renegotiate the terms of a booking after it has commenced.
• Using financial leverage or withholding payment to manipulate a Companion's conduct.

Absolute Zero Tolerance

There is no context in which the involvement of minors is permitted on this Platform:

• Creating an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to book services involving persons who are or may be minors.
• Creating a Companion profile for a person who is under 18.
• Sharing, uploading, or linking to any content — including photos, videos, or descriptions — that depicts or involves minors in any context.
• Any interaction with a minor on the Platform, regardless of the nature of that interaction.

All instances will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately.

• Operating or participating in any human trafficking scheme.
• Creating profiles for or on behalf of third parties who are being coerced, controlled, or exploited.
• Using the Platform to recruit, lure, or groom individuals for exploitation.
• Receiving financial benefit from a third party's participation on the Platform without their full, informed, independent consent.
• Controlling a Companion's earnings, schedule, or movements.

• Using the Platform to facilitate any activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for financial fraud.
• Identity fraud, including using false identification or another person's identity.
• Attempting to use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Attempting to circumvent taxes or regulatory obligations through Platform transactions.

• Publishing, sharing, or threatening to publish another person's private information without their consent (doxxing).
• Recording, photographing, or filming another person without their explicit consent.
• Sharing or distributing intimate images of another person without their consent — this is a criminal offense in many jurisdictions.
• Collecting or attempting to collect personal information about other users beyond what is necessary for the booking.

• Threatening, harassing, stalking, or intimidating any user.
• Using discriminatory, racist, sexist, or otherwise dehumanizing language.
• Sending unwanted messages or content after being asked to stop.
• Contacting a Companion outside the Platform without their consent.
• Persistently contacting a user after they have indicated they do not wish to communicate.

• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions.
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or platform metrics.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties.

Standard Violations

Violations of Sections 6 and 7 may, at our discretion, result in: content removal, a formal warning, temporary suspension (1–30 days), or permanent account termination.

Serious Violations

Violations of Sections 1, 4, and 5 will result in immediate permanent account termination and may result in reporting to relevant authorities.

Zero-Tolerance Violations

Any violation involving minors (Section 2) or trafficking (Section 3) will result in: immediate permanent account termination, preservation of all relevant data, and mandatory reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement. No appeal is available for these violations.
