Content Removal

We take content removal requests seriously and process them promptly. Use this page to understand your options for requesting removal of content from the Noir platform.

1. Overview

If you believe content on the Noir Platform violates our policies, infringes your rights, or was published without your consent, you may request its removal. We process removal requests based on the nature of the claim and applicable law.

2. Grounds for Content Removal

We Process Removal Requests On the Following Grounds

  • Copyright infringement (see our DMCA Policy at noireliteagency.co.uk/dmca).
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (images published without your consent).
  • Defamation or false statements of fact.
  • Privacy violations (publication of personal information without consent).
  • Impersonation or identity fraud.
  • Violation of our Content Policy.
  • Content involving minors.
  • Court orders requiring removal.

3. How to Submit a Removal Request

Required Information

To submit a removal request, please contact us at dmca@noireliteagency.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your full legal name and contact information.
  • A clear description of the content you are requesting be removed.
  • The URL or specific location of the content on the Platform.
  • The legal or policy basis for your removal request (copyright, privacy, defamation, etc.).
  • Supporting documentation where applicable (e.g., proof of identity, court order, evidence of consent withdrawal).
  • A statement confirming that the information in your request is accurate and made in good faith.

Non-Consensual Imagery (Priority Processing)

Requests for removal of intimate images published without your consent receive priority processing. Please mark your email subject line: URGENT — NON-CONSENSUAL IMAGE REMOVAL. We aim to process these requests within 24 hours.

4. Processing Timeline

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: within 24 hours of receipt of valid request.
  • Minor-related content: immediately upon detection or valid notice.
  • Copyright infringement (DMCA): within 5 business days.
  • Privacy violations: within 5 business days.
  • Other policy violations: within 10 business days.

5. For Companions: Removing Your Own Content

If you are a Companion and wish to remove your profile or specific content:

  • You may delete photos or update profile content directly through your account settings at any time.
  • To deactivate or permanently delete your account, use the account settings or contact support at dmca@noireliteagency.co.uk.
  • Requests to remove content that was previously published and downloaded by third parties may be subject to additional review.

Note: Some records (booking history, identity verification) may be retained after account deletion as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.

6. Abuse of the Removal Process

Submitting false or bad-faith removal requests may expose you to legal liability and may result in a ban from the Platform. We reserve the right to share removal request information with other parties in the context of legal proceedings.
